This event is aimed at any individual working within the financial services sector. The Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) will affect almost every firm that is solely regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The SM&CR will replace the current Approved Persons Regime on the 9th December 2019 and will change how individuals working in financial services are regulated.
