The Family Business Network invites you to join an online 24-hour global learning symposium as we unite a community of family businesses from across the world, engaging in peer to peer learning and the opportunity for sector specialists to transfer their own knowledge to new groups.
Through the symposium we hope to share informative and educational content, encourage connectivity and positively challenge and enlighten the mindsets of families and those working within family businesses from across the globe.
We have speakers who will cover topics around succession, conflict, governance, and family values. What is it like to work for and from within multi-generational businesses? Should you to lead from within the family or choose to recruit from the outside? What can you learn from cultural differences and how much can really change between the running of a family organisation in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Europe, America, and Canada?
The symposium will deliver a blend of live and pre-recorded interviews, film pieces, panel debates and insight sessions over a 24-hour period reaching a global audience of family businesses and those that support the sector as well as students, educational organisations and research groups.
Student tickets are available for this event. All tickets purchased will provide the purchaser with access details to play the event in real time. Ticket holders will also be able to watch the event via an online platform for upto 30 days after the live event.
