Key Mortgage Advice expands into Southport

Preston-based Key Mortgage Advice is expanding its footprint by moving into Southport with the opening of its third office.

Officially opening for trade on October 30, the Hoghton Street site joins existing offices in Preston and Garstang.

The team at Key Mortgage Advice will include two new locally hired administrators, joining an existing advisor also from Southport. Sharon Duckworth, company director, said: “We are very excited to be opening in Southport. We have watched incredible growth in this area, with house prices increasing during the last year by more than 6 per cent, vastly over performing compared to the national figure of 1.39 per cent."
